2012-08-15 New Reboot

Here we go again:

This Juice Cycle is more about stabilizing my weight at 145 lbs/65.77 kg. than any endocrine issues.  The plan includes 2 juice meals a day with juice snacks and 1 hearty meal with quinoa and other non-wheat grains for protein in balance with the veggie protein.  I suppose this isn’t really called a reboot

Pre-Reboot Weight:  153.4 lbs/69.6 kg.

2012/08/15:  Prep period….mostly vegan…ie. grains, fruit, veggies, and very little dairy or gluten.  Start date:  Sunday, 8/19.  Who knows I might even loose a pound or two before the start date!!!
